Top notch!!! Eric has been very responsive and on two occasions has been able to deliver within 24 hours of my order. He will get back to you within moments if you have a concern or special delivery instructions like I did. I understand how wood ages and how that affects burn rate. Different loads will have different burn characteristics based on the age of the source trees of course. I understand they can't control the quality of every single piece of wood they deliver but overall, I'm extremely happy with the quality of what I'm getting from them.

Eric is trustworthy and responsive. He delivered as promised, offered some storage tips, and even offered to drive back to drop off some fire starters when I had trouble with my fireplace. The wood was good quality and appropriately seasoned.
